We understand visiting the clinic right now may feel daunting, so we want to reassure you of the new processes we have put in place to ensure the safety of you and our team are of the upmost importance.

Please be assured we are working in full compliance with the current government guidelines. The below will hopefully explain what you can expect during your visit but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on 01256 770022 and we will happily to talk things through with you further.

Pre-Treatment

Your practitioner will call you the day before your appointment to talk through the plan, (however if you have any questions prior to this, please call us on 01256 770022).

Please arrive in good time and wait in your car. We have plenty of parking spaces directly outside our front door. Please call 01256 770022 when you arrive and either one of the reception team or your practitioner will collect you.  You will be asked to wash your hands-on arrival and your initial consultation will take place at a safe 2m distance.  Your practitioner will have already cleaned the room and rest assured we use the same products as the NHS.

Within government guidelines we are also asking you to bring a face covering with you. If you do not have one, we can supply these at cost price.

The room you will be in will be left empty for at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow an air cleansing process before you arrive.

Treatment

Before treatment begins your practitioner will ‘don’ their PPE.  Please do not be alarmed, this is within the government guidelines and is in place to protect you. Otherwise the treatment experience will be very similar.  Your overall time within the clinic may be slightly shorter than usual as we have already asked you some questions on the phone.

We will ensure you receive the usual high standard of care but to keep contact time to a minimum and reduce any risk of infection transmission we will prescribe your exercise via email.  This will come in the form of video, photo or simple explanation.

Post treatment

Our reception team may be wearing PPE but will also have a screen in place to again ensure no contact.  You can rebook if required, pay for your treatment and we will still have a full stock of helpful recovery aids if needed.

Again, please rest assured all of these areas will be cleaned thoroughly after any contact.

You will likely hear from your practitioner within the week following your treatment where we can help or advise on the steps to take moving forward.
